Thank you for supporting St David's Hospice, Llandudno

ALL at St David’s Hospice would like to thank the people of Conwy for their support and kindness during 2009.

As a registered local charity, we provide palliative care free of charge to adult patients from across Anglesey, Gwynedd and Conwy.

The running costs of our clinical services at the Hospice currently stand at £1.5 million.

Over 75% of our income is raised by the community and fundraising efforts.

Without your help, we would be unable to continue providing end of life care, respite, symptom control and support to adults with cancer and other life-limiting illness and their families.

This year, St David’s Hospice celebrated its 10th anniversary as a purpose-built Hospice, based on Abbey Road, Llandudno and at this time of year, we take the opportunity to reflect on the successes of the past decade, which would not have been possible without the local community effort of North West Wales.

We would also like to thank staff at the North Wales Weekly News for their continued support of our local charity.
