If Llanfairfechan dog walkers are going to bag droppings, why not bin them?

I WONDER if the dog walkers on Llanfairfechan cob know something that my wife and I are unaware of?

We are constantly seeing dog poo wrapped up in poly bags placed at the side of the path! It’s great folk are picking it up and bagging it.

But why are they (a) hanging the bag on bushes (b) placing on the side of the path and (c) today I found a bag hanging from the tie-up post near Shell Island.

There must be a collection. Is it weekly? Or, do they bag it and hang it up and expect others to bin it?

Llanfairfechan dog walkers (not all, but some) you are getting a bad reputation.
