Claire Meade plays Holyhead's Ucheldre Centre in charity gig

THE Ucheldre Centre in Holyhead is pleased to welcome Claire Meade and her friends performing a fundraising concert in aid of Wales Air Ambulance.

Musical Memories will be appearing on Friday and Saturday at 7.30pm, getting the October programme at the Ucheldre off to a wonderful start.

The cast will entertain the audience to a non-stop programme of music, singalongs and dance with Beth Roberts at the piano.

There will be waiter service from the bar straight to candle-lit tables. The evening should be a fun get- together with family and friends enjoying themselves as they listen to familiar well loved songs and, when the mood takes them, to join in the singing.

Come out and enjoy yourself, and at the same time, help raise money. The proceeds of the evening will be given to the WALES AIR AMBULANCE.

Claire Meade said: "Musical talent abounds in Anglesey and we’re proud to present a selection to entertain. Each time we perform, the Ucheldre hall is full on both evenings, with the audience, many in period costume, joining enthusiastically in with the fun.

"With my friends, including Beth Roberts at the centre’s lovely Steinway piano, it will be a night to remember.

"There won’t be time to draw breath as the show rushes through musical memories half-remembered and half-forgotten, never forgettable, and even some new music."

Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October 2009, 7.30pm

Tickets; *£6, concessions £5, children £3
