Psychic medium and Most Haunted star Derek Acorah arrives in Llandudno next month.
The Living TV personality will bring his brand of psychic entertainment to Venue Cymru, where he will use his special abilities to pass on messages from beyond the grave to audience members.
Richard Evans caught up with Derek, who explained the event, however spooky, was a totally different affair to his Ghost Towns and Most Haunted shows.
He said: "I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve brought my wife and family to Llandudno and they love it there.
"It is not an investigation – this is very, very personal.
"What we are attempting to do is make a connection with loved ones of the audience to step forward from the afterlife and convey a message, a loving message or a happy one – that they still live and are fit and well."
Derek, who claims he has the ability to enter a trance-like state which enables him to connect with spirits, said many audience members were often shocked after he made contact with the other side.
"Generally when I give insight it is to great surprise and even shock," he said.
"Nice shock – they [the spirits] explain to me when they have visited their families and listened to conversations – they will repeat what they say they heard, whether it be before the show or because it is someone’s birthday, a marriage broken down, a divorce or a baby being born.
"It is amazing. I’m still surprised to this present day, pleasantly surprised to the depth of what is happening."
For the sceptics who don’t believe, Derek has a special message.
"It is important sceptics come along – how many sceptics have come to me and tell me ‘wow’, have they been moved, after a show," he said.
"They go away and have a major rethink and tell sceptics who may be friends. People have told me it has been life- changing."
Derek Acorah arrives at Venue Cymru at 7.30pm on Tuesday, December 2. Tickets are £17.50. To book tickets or for more information, call the box office on 01492 872000 or visit www.venuecymru.co.uk
