Ensemble Cymru prepare for Colwyn Bay and Tudno concerts

MUSIC by Welsh composer Daniel Jones is being featured in concerts given by Ensemble Cymru in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.

Among the items being performed is his String Trio. The programme will feature Martin Owen (violin), Oliver Wilson (viola) and Heather Bills (cello).

There will be a pre-concert talk at 7pm at the Memorial Hall at Rydal Penrhos, Queens Drive, Colwyn Bay, on February 6 with the concert starting at 7.30pm, and the Llandudno concert is at 10.30am at Venue Cymru on February 7.

Tickets at £8 including refreshment for the Venue Cymru concert can be purchased by phoning 01492 872000. Entrance to the Rydal concert is unreserved with a retiring collection for a local charity.
