RHOS-on-Sea Cycling Club held a 25-mile time trial on the A55 between St Asaph and Abergele.
Weather conditions were sunny with light winds and perfectly suited to winner Alan Overson of VC Melyd in a personal best of 53 minutes 48 seconds.
Second place was taken by Justin McIlveen (Rhos CC) with a PB of 54.06, and third by Simon Roxburgh (Rhos CC) with a time of 56.15.

Tonight’s time trial will be a 15-mile Conwy Valley course starting in Llanrwst, signing on before 6.30pm. Next week’s time trial will be a 10-mile course starting on the A470 at Tal-y-Cafn.
