CONWY United coasted into the Barritt Cup quarter-finals with a 4-1 win over Gwynedd League side Bontnewydd.
The tie was meant to be held at Bont, but was switched to Y Morfa where the pitch was in a better state.
The win earned the Musselmen a home quarter-final against Glan Conwy.
Conwy are also scheduled to play Glan this Saturday in the Cookson Cup semis.
This game was set to be played at Glan’s Cae Ffwt ground, but has now been relocated to Conwy due to Y Morfa’s more suitable condition.
Glan Conwy’s pitch has suffered badly in the recent spell of bad weather.
Those wishing to attend the game are advised to stay in contact with either club for the latest news.
The weekend Barritt tussle at Y Morfa saw Conwy lead 1-0 at half time, Ben Hughes heading in a Toby Jones corner.
After the break the Welsh Alliance side upped their game and went two-up when Anthony Conntierney and Toby Jones combined to set up Hughes to score from seven yards.
Good work down the right by Dean Wright and Ricky Jones enabled Matty Bennett to make it 3-0 from close range and Hughes completed an impressive hat-trick before the end, Toby Jones again involved in the build-up.
