Ffestiniog defeated visitors Colwyn Bay 17-7 after a scoreless first half. Home tries came from from Aaron Aspen, David Roberts and Barry Roberts who also kicked a conversion.

The Bay replied with a try from Martin Cormack which Adam Hughes converted.

Although Colwyn remain near the bottom, no-one hammers them these days – their determination and spirit remains undiminished.

In their first season in One North, Bro are up to fifth with four wins in their last five.
