THIS week’s action saw the rarest of rare occurrences as The Busby Baybes and OC Milan fought out a 0-0 draw, both teams missing a host of chances.
VC’s Got Talent were too much for The Litten Tree as they earned an 11-0 win, thanks largely to five from Jamie Jones. Mark Orme scored four, with Rich Orme and Daz Evans adding one each.
The Park Utd continued their good form with a 7-2 win over The Young Guns, Paul Cornwall scoring a hat-trick and aided by goals from Gary Evans, Tom Roberts and Craig Wilson. Sam Trowman and top marksman Nathan Passmore replied.
The Red Dwarf Posse won 3-1 in a very competitive game against Barry Scott, another in form team losing their way. Dan Kemp (2) and Connor Bowler scoring for TRDP, Scott Todd getting the consolation goal for BS.
Futsal Fusiliers got back to their winning ways when top scorer for them Brett Sadler returned to score two in a 7-2 win over basement team The Red Army, Richard Bellis and Jack Coates replying with consolation strikes.
RESULTS: VC’s Got Talent 11 The Litten Tree 0, Park Utd 7 Young Guns 2, The Busby Baybes 0 OC Milan 0, Red Dwarf Posse 3 Barry Scott 1, The Futsal Fusiliers 7 The Red Army 2.
