LLANDUDNO Football Club have called an urgent meeting in a bid to secure its immediate future.
A number of key roles within the club have unexpectedly become vacant and need to be filled ahead of the 2011/12 season.
The Seasiders are seeking new directors, a secretary, assistant press officer, promoter, programme editor and many more volunteers.
Llandudno were the only club outside the Welsh Premier League to gain a domestic licence from the FAW recently.
The club has also been performing well on the field and look good for a top six finish in the Huws Gray Alliance.
The public meeting takes place next Thursday, May 5, in the Maesdu Park clubhouse from 6.30pm. Anyone with an interest or opinion on the future of the club should attend.
Meanwhile, Llandudno’s penultimate league game at Rhydymwyn last Saturday ended in a disappointing 1-1 draw.
Tudno took an early lead when Joe Morgan closed down Rhyd keeper Leon Bimpson and managed to find the net from an acute angle with the aid of a deflection.
The visitors looked very comfortable and should have been much further ahead at the break, their best chance falling to Ryan Williams who was through on the keeper, but a grounded Bimpson performed marvels to deny him.
Llandudno stayed on top into the second period and had further chances to extend their advantage which they failed to take.
Rhydymwyn, who are entrenched in the bottom three, never stopped battling and came on strong in the closing stages.
With two minutes to go an offside looking Mark Pyatt was allowed to run clear and fire home the equaliser.
"We were in cruise control, created a lot of opportunities, but failed to kill them off and then fell for the sucker punch," said assistant manager Grant Montgomery.
Tudno end their league fixtures at Ruthin Town on Saturday (2.30pm).
