They stay two points behind Shotton Steel, who were 8-0 winners against Rhuddlan Reserves with Andy Johnson scoring six times, and Connah’s Quay Reserves, who ended Llandudno Junction Reserves’ unbeaten start to the campaign with a 2-1 triumph.
Adam Dickinson and Ian Nicholls scored for Connah’s Quay, with James Shone getting a late goal back for Junction.
Chris Evans was also a hat-trick man as Betws-yn-Rhos beat Abergele Reserves 3-2 after being 2-1 down after an hour.

Penrhyn United, however, suffered their first defeat, losing 6-3 at home to Aston Park 3rds after leading 3-1 in the first half through Jack Jones, an own goal and John Gull. Anthony Weaver scored a second half hat-trick in the space of 15 minutes to spearhead Aston Park's fightback.
A hat-trick by Zac Williams, including an 85th minute equaliser from the penalty spot, earned Llanrwst United Reserves a point in a 3-3 draw at Llannefydd.
