Football: Llandudno FC at full strength for first time

LLANDUDNO expect to have a full strength available squad for the first time this season for tomorrow night’s home match against Glantraeth (Friday, 7.30pm).

Darren Jones has recovered from a hamstring strain which ruled him out last Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Buckley Town, and Joe Morgan is available again after suspension.

New signing Lee Craven will again be in the squad after doing well when he came on as a late second half substitute last weekend.

"Lee is very versatile and can play in a number of positions and he will certainly be involved on Friday," said joint manager Grant Montgomery.

The club have also been in talks this week with two other players who they are hoping to bring on board to strengthen the squad.

The team are looking for their first home win in four attempts tomorrow after falling behind to a controversial penalty against Buckley last weekend.

Jason Sadler equalised with a well taken goal four minutes later for his third goal in four games, but although Llandudno pressed hard in the closing stages they couldn’t force a winner.
