HAT-TRICKS from Bryn Jenkins and Lee Allen saw LLANRWST UNITED hit Amlwch Town for six and make it two wins in four days for the Gwydir Park side in the Design2Print Welsh Alliance last Saturday.
After their 1-0 midweek win over Conwy United with a 78th minute Aron Jones goal, Llanrwst kept a second clean sheet and showed that the new strike force has the potential to be prolific scorers this season.
Jenkins has returned to the club after a second spell at Llandudno and provides added strength up front.
"His attitude has been fantastic and he and Lee should prove a good partnership for us up front," said manager Chris Williams.
"We were struggling in the opening couple of games due to holidays and weddings, but we are starting to get everybody back now and can hopefully build on these last two results."
Jenkins opened the scoring after just two minutes last Saturday and two goals from Allen, including one from the penalty spot, put Llanrwst 3-0 up at the interval.
Allen completed his hat-trick two minutes in to the second half, and Jenkins finished off his treble with two goals in the last 16 minutes.
