Llandudno deli wins top True Taste award

A COUPLE who run a tiny delicatessen in Llandudno won four True Taste Awards.

The Product of the Year trophy went to Emma and Mark Baravelli for their lemon marmalade with Brecon Welsh gin, which was also awarded gold in the Jams, Marmalade and Honey category.

The couple, who run The Little Deli in Upper Mostyn Street, also received a bronze for their vanilla salted caramels, and a gold for their raspberry ripple dairy ice cream.

“We’re only a small business, but quality is very important,” said Emma. “We only use the best ingredients and we make all our products from scratch on the premises.”

She is pictured at the Conwy Feast on Saturday with some tasty treats.
