Llandudno hotel serves an excellent cuppa

SERVING a good cup of tea has won a top accolade for a Llandudno hotel.
St Tudno Hotel has been given an Award of Excellence in The Tea Guild’s Top City and Country Hotel 2011 Awards.
Hotel proprietor Martin Bland said he was thrilled by the news.
“We serve a traditional afternoon tea which is very popular with our customers and this is a tribute to my staff who strive for high standards in everything they do,” he said.
Irene Gorman, head of The Tea Guild, said: “These Awards of Excellence were presented in recognition of consistently high standards of tea making and customer service, evident in the care and attention to detail with which afternoon tea was prepared.”
