Ysgol John Bright pupil’s winning poster promotes world peace

A POSTER designed to help promote world peace has won a prize for an Ysgol John Bright pupil.
Robbie Cheetham, who is in year 7, won the competition with the theme of “a vision of peace” which was organised by Llandudno Lions Club. He was presented with his prize by club president John Chambers. Runners up prizes were presented to Janita Purcell, Ellen Hadfield and Emily Isaacs.
Robbie’s poster will go to the national finals and the international winner will visit the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
