Fundraiser for Dwygyfylchi man raises over £1,000 for hospital

A NIGHT of fundraising in memory of Maurice Naylor, who died tragically in an accident last year, raised £1,670 for Walton Hospital.
Junction Ladies Football Club organised the night of entertainment at the Community Club.
Maurice Naylor was their much loved and respected football manager.
The father-of-three from Dwygyfylchi, suffered serious injuries to the back of his head after his lorry tipped over in a lay-by near Llanferres, Ruthin, on September 4 last year. His wife Gail plays in the football team.
She said: “I’d like to thank everyone involved who helped to make it a fantastic evening, we are very proud.”
