AROUND 270 women got up at the crack up at the crack of dawn to walk the nine miles from Conwy to Llandudno and back in aid of St David’s Hospice.
This was the third Dawn Walk event for the charity, and the women enjoyed a bacon sandwich, medal and T-shirt for their efforts.
St David’s Fundraiser Marie Lidgett said: “We enjoyed another good turnout and a great atmosphere. The good weather definitely helped.
“We’d like to thank all those involved in the event and the sponsors Sodexo, Brakes, Bookers, and Hughes Fruit and Veg.”
