Two car crashes in Old Colwyn Bay and Ruthin

FOUR people were taken to hospital on Saturday after two separate car crashes.

The first happened shortly before 8.15am on Voryn Avenue, Old Colwyn.

A rapid response vehicle and an ambulance were sent to the scene.

Nobody was seriously injured, but an 18-year-old man and a 53-year-old man were taken Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan for treatment to minor injuries.

The second crash happened later at about 4.20pm near Ruthin.
