St David’s Day Parade in Colwyn Bay

MORE than 600 hundred school children helped celebrate St David’s Day in Colwyn Bay.

The children were cheered on by crowds as the

parade started at St John’s Church on Conway Road before proceeding through Station Road and Seaview Road and ending at St Paul’s Church.

Donned in red, white and green, the pupils waved Welsh flags before holding a special concert at St Paul’s where soup and cakes were served.
