Carnival atmosphere!

THE whole community turned out for a fun day of family events and competitions at this year’s Rowen Carnival.

Highlights included the grand carnival parade through the village with this year’s Rose Queen Megan Williams.

Also taking place on the day was the widely attended fell race, which was won by Matt Speake from Dark Peak, Sheffield.
