PUNTERS at the Royal in Colwyn Bay raised a glass as the landlord turned back time and officially reopened the side bar.
The traditional locals’ bar has been closed for a number of years but has now been refurbished and landlord Kevin Chin has turned the clock back on beer prices and is selling bitter at just £1.74 a pint.
Kevin said: “The bar shut when Colwyn Bay was struggling but we are trying to regenerate Colwyn Bay.”
