A PETROL station in Rhos-on-Sea was robbed at knifepoint last Friday, August 1.
Police are now appealing for information relating to the robbery at Geordie's Service Centre, Llandudno Road, just after 10pm when two men entered the premises and demanded money from the shop assistant, who was in the process of closing the store.
The men, who were both wearing some sort of face covering, threatened the cashier with what was believed to be a bladed weapon, before leaving with a substantial amount of cash. One of the men was wearing a distinctive white jacket with red flashes on the arms and the other was said to be in dark clothing.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw two men acting suspiciously near the service centre is urged to contact Central CID on 0845 6071001 (Welsh line), 0845 6971002 (English line) or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
